Jenn focuses on regulatory compliance, Fund administration, and the general operations of the firm.
Jenn oversees the firm’s compliance program, fund administration, accounting functions, and general operations. She plays a key role in ensuring that 424 Capital maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and fiduciary responsibility across the organization.
Jenn also leads 424 Capital’s Human Resources initiatives, helping to foster a culture of impact, integrity, and accountability that reflects the firm’s core values. She believes that people are the firm’s greatest strength and that lasting success is achieved when individuals are united by a shared sense of purpose and commitment to excellence.
Prior to 424 Capital, Jenn spent seven years with Brook Venture Partners, and served as a healthcare consultant for a management consulting firm. Jenn studied Psychology at the University of Massachusetts – Boston.
