Brian Kelly
Principal
Brian focuses on 424 Capital’s investments in Energy Transition.
Brian manages due diligence processes as well as legal processes related to new investments and acquisitions. Brian has spent his entire career on the buy-side of private investment teams and believes that breakout investments are the result of true partnerships joining forces to achieve a common goal.
Prior to joining 424 Capital, Brian was on the investment team at Next47 (Siemens Venture Capital) with a focus on startup companies in the areas of energy, transportation, and industrial automation. Brian previously held roles at Duff & Phelps and Legg Mason Asset Management.
Brian received an MBA from Boston University, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and is a CFA® charterholder.

Brian enjoys time with his wife Kailen and dog Oakley.
